• Central Support Services Survey

    Montgomery County Schools Central Support Services is committed to providing first-class customer service and support to schools and all stakeholders.

    MCS surveys all employees annually to gain feedback and improve customer service.  The survey measured the three customer service requirements of the central support services departments: 1) 24 hour response, 2) friendly and personable tone, and 3) accurate information.
