- Personal contacts with local people in Montgomery County: Montgomery County is a small, rural county and much information is circulated through social and church circles rather than through commercial advertising. If you have any local contacts, you may want to utilize them in your “house hunt.” Also, your minister may know of someone in the area who may be willing to assist you.
- Bulletin Boards: Housing suggestions are often found on the bulletin boards located around the campus. Many landlords use college bulletin boards to advertise available housing.
- Real Estate Agencies: Attached is a list of real estate agencies in Montgomery and surrounding counties. Many offices are not open on weekends; you may want to contact them during normal business hours.
