We also use Data Focus Walls in each classroom and our District Data Team PLCs to promote reflection for our teachers and students. We are dedicated to continuous improvement and being driven by data to promote excellence, accountability, and unity. 

Professional Learning happens through traditional workshops, blended learning, and most importantly coaching. We use Getting Better Faster protocols in MCS.
