    Hey!!! Welcome to 5th grade! My name is Celia McKinney! I have been teaching for 20 years with Montgomery County Schools. Time has flown by from the picture on the right taken in my first classroom to today's picture on the left. I live in Star and love working with my students everyday!! I have 3 daughters and 7 grandchildren! I love being outside and preferably at the beach!
