Breakfast and Lunch Information
updated August 31
After learning that the meal program waiver would not be extended past August 31, 2020, Montgomery County School's Child Nutrition, along with other child nutrition departments across the state, has advocated for the waiver's extension to ensure that children would still receive free meals. Today, the child nutrition department received exciting information from the USDA announcing that the meal program waiver has been extended through December 31, 2020. This fantastic news means that all individuals, 0 to 18 years of age, will continue to be able to receive breakfast and lunch free of charge. Meals will be available for students to pick up on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at our five drive-thru locations and at our community sites. To see a complete list of these locations, please visit our website and Facebook page.
